About Charlene Winter
I left "homework" to my colleagues when I retired from teaching after 31 years. I now work with "home"-owners - buying or selling their home.I don't "sell", I "serve". I am a listener, a researcher, a matchmaker, a negotiator, and a creative problem-solver. I navigate the process, complete countless forms, schedule inspections, protect my clients, coordinate the transaction among clients, agents, inspectors, appraisers, lenders and title companies. I meet deadlines and sometimes talk my client off the ledge when it becomes overwhelming. I have been known to help clients pack and move, but that is not on the resume'.
In many ways I am still teaching. Clients and students require the same attention. I meet them where they are in the learning process and guide them forward. I love what I do and value the lasting friendships I have made.
My "not-working" hobbies include quilting, reading and/or listening to books on Audible, gardening and lunches with friends.
